A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Programs and
Operations to oversee HR program management and budget
reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budget reporting and annual planning processes for HR
areas
Design and implement a standardized HR program framework for
tracking and reporting initiatives
Develop board and Executive Committee materials to communicate HR's
talent strategy outcomes
Required Qualifications
10 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or
IT services
3+ years of leadership experience preferred
Experience in creating compelling narratives for executive
presentations
Strong program and project management abilities
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities
