Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Tax Reporting &
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed workpapers for stock-based compensation tax
accounting under US GAAP and IFRS
Assist in the preparation of tax disclosures related to stock-based
compensation for SEC filings
Support automation efforts to improve stock-based compensation tax
accounting processes and intercompany transactions
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a corporate tax role, with
responsibilities for tax provision, compliance, and audit
Strong understanding of ASC 718 stock-based compensation and income
tax accounting under ASC 740
BA/BS Degree in Accountancy or a similar field of study
Proficiency with MS Excel, tax and accounting research tools, and
tax provision applications
Demonstrated integrity and a proactive approach to driving
results
