Job Description:
A company is looking for a Correspondent Regional Sales
Executive to drive sales growth in the non-QM lending market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and establish new correspondent lender relationships to
expand the non-QM loan portfolio
Educate correspondent lenders on non-QM loan products and assist in
selecting appropriate offerings
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet production goals
while maintaining strong relationships with existing lenders
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in correspondent sales, mortgage sales, or
business development in the non-QM lending market
Strong understanding of non-QM loan products, including bank
statement loans and DSCR loans
Proven track record of driving sales growth and closing deals
Familiarity with mortgage lending software and loan origination
systems
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities
