Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior CPU Fabric Architect to
develop next-gen CPU cores for various products.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with micro-architects and designers to evaluate new CPU
& Fabric microarchitectural features for performance
improvement
Conduct performance modeling, debugging, and studies to support
feature inclusion in the next generation core microarchitecture
Work with design and verification teams to iterate through
specifications and ensure target functionality and performance
Required Qualifications
MS or PhD in a relevant CPU and Fabric microarchitecture area or
equivalent experience
8+ years of relevant experience in CPU and Fabric architecture
Experience with Coherency Protocols, Fabric topology, and memory
subsystem in large core-count systems
Deep understanding of CPU microarchitecture and architecture
Experience in Memory Subsystem CPU micro-architecture and large
system cache coherency
