Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Manager, Site Reliability
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met regarding
availability and response times
Lead and coordinate teams during escalations to fast-track issue
resolution
Manage and mentor a team of 6-8 individual contributors, focusing
on career development and project management
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering and
architecture
Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and
operations, specifically in AWS
Proven experience managing technical teams of 5-8 members
Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services; cloud
certifications preferred
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with
Infrastructure-as-Code and orchestration tools, including Terraform
and Ansible
