Industrial Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician's needed in food manufacturing plant. $18-$25 depending on experience. Candidate will have knowledge of industrial machine maintenance; knowledge of OSHA Food Safety Standards; understand machine specific procedures; troubleshoot and repair emergency repair calls in a timely manner; lubricate equipment properly in accordance with the preventative maintenance schedule; candidate will be able to do basic electrical repairs; complete necessary paperwork. Must be available to work overtime as needed. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FRESH OUT OF SCHOOL.

Responsibilities

• Understand Machine Specific Procedures
  
• Troubleshooting, Diagnosis and Repair and/or Replacement as needed for
  
• Compressors
  
• Bearings, Sprockets, Shafts, Gears, Belts, Chains
  
• Conveying Equipment
  
• AC and DC motors and gearboxes
  
• Electrical Equipment
  
• Case Coding Equipment
  
  • March Coders
    
  • Video-jets
    
  • Plumbing repairs,pipefitting, soldering and sweating of fittings
    
  • Rebuild centrifugal and pneumatic pumps
    
  • Prioritize emergency calls and complete repairs in a timely manner
    
  • Proficiently weld
    
    • Stick
      
    • MIG
      
    • TIG
      
    • Perform Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the schedule
      
    • Accurately complete theHACCP/Process Control Report
      
    • Complete all necessary paperwork neatly and accurately
      
    • Other Duties as Assigned
      Qualifications and Skills
      • Must Have Industrial Machine Maintenance Experience
        
      • Must be reliable and have good attendance
        
      • Must be able accurately troubleshoot problems
        
      • Must have basic machining skills
        
      • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and lift repeatedly as needed
        
      • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work accurately
        
      • Must be able to work overtime as needed
