Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accessibility Specialist to
lead accessibility reviews across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive accessibility reviews and implement solutions
with cross-functional teams
Serve as the accessibility expert, integrating standards into the
product lifecycle and updating the team on trends
Develop and manage an accessibility roadmap, ensuring thorough
testing of all products and services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in digital
accessibility
Proficient in WCAG, Section 508, ARIA, and assistive
technologies
Experience with accessibility testing tools (aXe, WAVE, JAWS,
etc.)
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
Preferred certifications include CPACC or WAS
