Key Responsibilities
Supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department and ensure
compliance with company guidelines
Analyze call/performance statistics and daily workflow to meet
production and quality goals
Evaluate team progress, coach staff, and manage hiring and
departmental projects
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in medical insurance benefits
verification
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or
Healthcare-related field
Preferred: 1+ years of supervisory experience in a related
environment
Preferred: Specialty pharmacy experience in Benefits
