As a CNA in our facility, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.*Benefits of working with Seven Healthcare:** License Reimbursement* Referral Program* Health Insurance* Certification reimbursement* Weekly pay*Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant:** Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.* Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.* Assisting residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transferring techniques.* Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.* Responding promptly to residents' needs and requests, ensuring their comfort and safety.* Assisting with medication management, ensuring residents receive the correct medication at the scheduled time.* Reporting any changes in residents' condition or concerns to the nursing team.* Documenting accurate and detailed records of residents' care and progress.* Following all healthcare regulations, protocols, and facility policies and procedures.* Maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas.* Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists, as part of a multidisciplinary care team.* Participating in staff meetings, training programs, and educational sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.*Requirements of the* *Certified Nursing Assistant:** BLS Certification* NYS License* 1 + years of CNA LTC experience*Working for Seven Healthcare:*Seven Healthcare is one of the USA's most popular agencies for Skilled CNA jobs.
