Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist to
support members with musculoskeletal and orthopedic care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to 50-75 eligible members daily to inform them
about services
Build trusting relationships with members and assist in their
enrollment process
Provide telephonic support and triage member needs to connect them
with care teams
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in healthcare client success or
patient-facing roles
Experience with customer management platforms like Zendesk
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
A member-first approach with a passion for assisting individuals
during challenging times
Experience in service-oriented roles requiring persuasive
communication skills
