Exemplify Leadership: Lead by example in the housekeeping department by actively participating in training, coaching, cleaning, and inspecting alongside managers and team members. Utilize your expertise to ensure high standards are met. -



Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for excellence throughout the hotel, offering suggestions to enhance operations and providing guidance to staff when needed. Monitor supplies and expenses to achieve departmental financial goals.



Master Scheduler: Skillfully create work schedules based on business needs, accommodating special guest requests and staff time off. Flexibly assign tasks to ensure team satisfaction while upholding exceptional guest service standards. -



Prioritize Safety: Implement safety training for the team in line with OSHA regulations. Recognize and report maintenance or security issues promptly to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
Job RequirementsThis role requires three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Must know how to effectively use the various pieces of equipment/tools used in housekeeping. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to perform medium work -- exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances, with the ability to kneel, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms, as well as the ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Long hours are sometimes required. Must be able to multi-task. Must possess good communication skills - fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English required.
