Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director, Psychiatry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement cost of care initiatives and clinical quality
improvement initiatives
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and support
care team in developing members' care plans
Facilitate behavioral health referrals and collaborate with
community providers to support members' care goals
Required Qualifications
MD required and board certified in psychiatry
At least 2 years post-residency with clinical leadership experience
preferred
Understanding of electronic health record systems and care
facilitation platforms
Extensive experience in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care principles
Experience building and managing clinical programs
