Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Med-Surg Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
to provide nursing care for patients in a medical-surgical unit.
The LPN will assist with patient assessments, administer
medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure
quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
---Monitor and record patients' vital signs and symptoms.
---Administer medications and assist with treatments as
prescribed.
---Provide wound care and assist with post-operative recovery.
---Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement patient care
plans.
---Educate patients and families on care and recovery
processes.
Qualifications:
---Current LPN license in New York.
---Experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
---Strong communication and patient care skills.
