clients across North American market.Job Description:We are seeking
a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our business
in industrial steel solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage
their ability to interface with Engineering and Procurement teams
seeking our services to Design, Supply and Install Industrial
Steel.Key elements include market expertise, industry connections,
and communication skills to establish and grow B2B partnerships
with companies across different industries. Your primary
responsibility will be to stablish strong relationships with
clients and driving revenue growth through strategic sales
initiatives.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and execute sales
strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.· Identify and
pursue new clients in target industries such as energy,
petrochemical, and industrial manufacturing.· Build and maintain
long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer
satisfaction and repeat business.· Prepare and present technical
proposals and quotations in collaboration with the engineering
team.· Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.· Monitor
market trends and competitor activities to identify new
opportunities.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
engineering, fabrication, management, and marketing.Requirements:·
10+ years of experience in sales, preferably metal structures, or
related sectors.· Ability to interface with in house engineering
team to develop Prospects and Proposals· Key area preferred: Strong
understanding of industrial steel applications and chimney
systems.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.· Ability to read and understand technical drawings and
specifications.Preferred Candidate Requirements:· In-depth
knowledge of Industrial construction business culture and trends.·
An established North American network in Sales and Engineering
associated with industries such as Industrial and Power plant
infrastructure, tall structures, flue gas management, industrial
boilers, manufacturing, or construction of Powerplant, Exhaust gas
management systems.· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the
ability to work independently.What We Offer:· Base Salary:
Competitive, based on experience and qualifications. $115 - $130K·
Bonus: Performance-based bonuses ranging from 15% to 25% of base
salary.· Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k),
