Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Project Manager 1
responsible for coordinating business class advanced voice and
ethernet services from order submission through installation.
Key Responsibilities
Establishes timelines for network activations and evaluates impacts
of changes on installation schedules
Facilitates meetings and develops communications and reports for
various audiences regarding installation status
Acts as the primary contact for customers and vendors, providing
proactive updates on order progression
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and
experience
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Ability to manage multiple services for multi-location
customers
Experience in coordinating with various internal departments and
external vendors
Willingness to work variable schedules, including nights and
weekends
