Connectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering professional
growth and innovation
Define and oversee the development roadmap for data connectors,
ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with other teams
Guide the team in architecting scalable solutions and champion the
adoption of new technologies to enhance platform performance
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
Strong knowledge of backend systems and experience with JVM-based
languages, Kubernetes, Kafka, and APIs
Familiarity with large-scale data engineering problems and
high-throughput systems
Eagerness to explore new data connector technologies and inspire a
culture of self-learning
Excellent communication skills and a track record of fostering
collaboration across teams
