Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager-HR Administration.

Key Responsibilities

Administer various benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Act as a liaison with carriers, vendors, and consultants regarding plan design and coverage
Assist HR Director in daily HR administration and employee benefits education

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
Three years of experience in human resources or related field
Advanced knowledge of Paylocity HRIS
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
SHRM certification preferred
