A company is looking for a Director of Account Management to
lead their Account Management team and drive growth with top
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize strategic plans and operating models for Account
Management
Cultivate executive relationships within key customer accounts and
mitigate churn risk
Lead the Account Management team to achieve quotas and track key
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in Account Management & Sales,
ideally in tech
Experience developing account and segment strategies for
expansion
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing Account
Management teams
Data-driven approach to understanding market trends and
prioritizing opportunities
Experience in two-sided marketplaces or B2B technology platforms
preferred
