Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to scale its
in-house legal operations function.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing SaaS
agreements and other legal contracts
Conduct legal research on SaaS-specific regulations and support
compliance efforts
Implement legal technology solutions and maintain legal templates
and playbooks
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a SaaS or tech
company
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited
program
Familiarity with SaaS agreements and software licensing
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Proficiency with legal technology solutions, including contract
management systems
