A company is looking for an Engineering Manager II, Ads ML Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to architect ads ML feature infrastructure solutions
Mentor engineers and guide their career development while fostering team culture
Lead the team in building next-generation Ads ML foundations using cutting-edge technologies

Required Qualifications

2+ years of management or tech lead experience in a team of 8+ people
8+ years of relevant industry experience in designing large-scale production ML infrastructure systems
Deep knowledge of building distributed systems or recommendation infrastructure
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Proven people development skills
