Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training and Quality Development
Manager (HHG Military Move).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage training efforts between the company, service
providers, and training subcontractors
Monitor training completion rates and assess training effectiveness
and compliance
Develop and present a yearly Training Plan and maintain accurate
records of training activities
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in local HHG operations or agency
management
5+ years' experience as a HHG driver, crew lead, or crew member
preferred
5+ years' experience at van line level in HHG operations
preferred
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
