Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Engineer - Platform to drive
technical strategy and innovation within their engineering
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Implement technical strategy to improve developer experience and
platform efficiency
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and
innovative culture
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for
reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
Deep knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and
security
Experience with tools such as GitHub, Terraform, Prometheus, and
Grafana
Proven leadership and mentorship experience in engineering
teams
Experience with edge computing solutions and agile
methodologies
Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects
simultaneously
